BOARD
A high energy HIIT class on our unique BODY BOARD. It’s a full body workout that includes stretching, cardio and strength training all in one session. Advanced.

BOOT CAMP BOUNCE
A full hour power class that uses the trampoline for cardio and body weight intervals aling with weights and other fitness tools for toning. Advanced.

BOARD SCULPT
Low Impact. Full body sculpting moves using the BOARD, wall bands, mini bands and other tools. No jumping. Beginner/Intermediate.

BOUNCE AND SCULPT
45 min high internsity cardio class using the mini trampoline for cardio (and fun) with the addition of wights and other tools for body sculpting. Advanced class that uses choreography on the tramp.

BOARD AND BOUNCE
45 min combo of BOARD and mini trampoline in a HIIT style class. Full body sculpt with cardio included. All levels.

Bounce HIIT & Tone
45-minute cardio sprints on the trampoline with strength training. Great for high-intensity cardio + strength. New to fitness? Try our LIIT class for a smooth start!

CircHIIT
HIIT Circuit that utilizes the interval timer with various stations. These include the BOARD, mini trampolines, and wall bands. All levels.

Bounce & Barre
Cardio Bounce with body toning using weights, bands, barre, and more. Perfect for a sweat and burn workout. New to fitness? Start with our LIIT class for a smooth intro!
A la Carte Classes
Our A La Carte classes are 15-minute sessions designed to complement your regular workout routine. Perfect for adding a little extra focus before or after your main class, these sessions target specific body areas to enhance your overall fitness.

Super welcoming environment! I've never done bounce before and the coordination is difficult at first but it was so much fun. Good music/instruction/set up. If you want something to switch it up/get your heart rate up I'd highly recommend

I loved it. I enjoyed the sky ropes the most. Definitely see how it builds up all the small, supportive muscles to help with the shoulder joint as a whole. Instructor was wonderful.
