45 min combo of BOARD and mini trampoline in a HIIT style class. Full body sculpt with cardio included. All levels.
BOUNCE & BARRE
30 minutes of bounce on the mini trampoline and 30 minutes of Barre toning for a one hour full body workout. Beginner.
BOOT CAMP BOUNCE
A full hour power class that uses the trampoline for cardio and body weight intervals along with weights and other fitness tools for toning. Advanced.
15 min intense cardio mini trampoline class in a HIIT format. All levels.

Low Impact. Full body sculpting moves using the BOARD, wall bands, mini bands and other tools. No jumping. Beginner/Intermediate.
HIIT Circuit that utilizes the interval timer with various stations. These include the BOARD, mini trampolines, and wall bands. All levels.
BOUNCE AND SCULPT
45 min high intensity cardio class using the mini trampoline for cardio (and fun) with the addition of weights and other tools for body sculpting. Advanced class that uses choreography on the tramp.
A full hour of power yoga. Stretch and strengthen your body through traditional yoga poses. All Levels.
15 min HIIT format class focused on core work. All levels.
